Shipping & Returns Policy
If you are in Australia, Express Mail is free or further countries and the total order is $40 or more, then congratulations - registered delivery is also free! All orders International orders under $40 attract a flat rate $12.99 for Standard Registered International Mail. If Express Mail International is requested $32.99.
We will always send items by Australia Post or affiliates and Express Post where practical.
Express Post times are 1-3 business days* within Australia from time of order. All deliveries have a tracking number so you can follow your order and confirm delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email from us with your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also give you a link so you can track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you haven’t received your order within fourteen (14) business days, or if it is damaged in transit, contact us (weblink to feedback form) and we’ll gladly help you.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Standard International Registered delivery time is 3–10 business days*.
Express International Mail delivery time is 2-6 business days*
All deliveries are facilitated by Australia Post (Australian postal service) or affiliates and may require a signature.
- During sale/promotional events or holiday periods or if you live on the far side of the moon, delivery may take a little longer but we will always try to get you into your STOMP gear as soon as possible.
At STOMP Apparel, we know that items ordered online don't always fit or aren’t as you expect, so we've made it as easy as possible for you to send something back. It’s our “Not Happy Jan” 30-day guarantee. If you purchased the item in the past 30 days and it is still in its original condition - unwashed, unworn and unused - and you have the original packaging, then you can return it for replacement or refund. This gives you satisfaction to know we stand by our products but also the assurance that you won’t be dudded.

Let us know your name, address, any original purchase details you may have, briefly why you wish to return the garment or product (e.g. zip broken, frayed seam). Lastly, let us know if you want a replacement item or a refund.
We will get back to you within one (1) business day with a reduced cost Postal Order number for you to return the product.
Pack the item in original packaging or similar and please take to a post office, pay return postage and send.
Once we receive item in described condition, here’s what happens within two (2) business days:
If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the style, size and colour that you would prefer and we will dispatch. We will pay for this additional cost via Express Post. If exact requested replacement is not available, we will email you with a possible replacement item for your consideration or a refund. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you have requested a refund for your online order, this will be processed by our finance team for a credit payment to the account/credit card given at purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please allow the usual time for banks to process payment into your account and funds to actually appear in your account.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Stomp Apparel is based in Australia and therefore transactions are subject to GST. The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST and no further charge will made for this tax.
Upon purchase, a Tax Invoice will be issued via email as confirmation of your purchase. This will clearly show the GST amount included in your purchase, along with our Australian Business Number (ABN).
Please retain this invoice if required by yourself for tax purposes and also for proof of purchase.
